What are SIPs?
SIPs (structural insulated panels) are made from industrial by-products, sustainable resources, and recyclable products. They consist of a rigid foam core (expanded polystyrene) sandwiched between 2 outer skins of OSB, that are manufactured offsite and assembled onsite.
SIPs use up to half the lumber of a traditional stick home. SIPs contain superior insulation which can reduce energy costs by 60%. SIPs streamline constuction and produce less jobsite waste. See what other benefits there are to SIPs…
SIPs can be used in any type of custom residential, multi-family or commercial construction, and are compatible with other building methods and foundations. Visit our gallery to see some past projects.
