What Are SIPs?

SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) are made from industrial by-products, sustainable resources and recyclable products. They consist of a rigid foam core (Expanded Polystyrene) sandwiched between 2 outer skins of OSB, that are manufactured off site and assembled onsite.

SIPs use up to half the lumber of a traditional stick home. SIPs contain superior insulation which can reduce energy costs by 60%. SIPs streamline construction and produce less jobsite waste. See what other benefits there are to SIPs...
SIPs can be used in any type of custom residential, multi-family or commercial construction and are compatible with other building methods and foundations. Visit our gallery to see a selection of past projects.
